ASCP hosts their own trade show that travels to different locations each year, so flexibility with a new booth design was key. They wanted 30 x 30 and 40 x 40 configurations, with booth properties that could be adjusted for shorter or taller ceilings. ASCP’s previous exhibit had been used for many years, was dated, and did not provide the grander presence they were looking for. Along with a more modern look, they wanted easy graphic change-outs and a maximum build time of 1.5 days.

Nimlok Chicago designed a rounded 360-degree exhibit to draw attention and create a big impact for ASCP making them the “feature” as the host of the show. The entire booth consisted of modular and tubular structures, making it lightweight while maximizing flexibility. In the center of the exhibit, we added a custom-made structure to work at adjustable heights depending on venue requirements. In larger booth spaces, comfy couches allowed for lengthier conversations and in smaller spaces, high-tops were used for quick impromptu meetings. Lastly, we used lighting and monitors for demos to create an even bigger impact, further enhancing ASCP as the centerpiece of the show.

ASCP loved their new exhibit and the debut show in Chicago was very successful. The team was grateful that Nimlok Chicago could check off every box on their wish list, even adding a few extra things for a bolder impact.
